All our repair services come with a 90-day service warranty from the date of repair. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period under normal usage conditions, we will provide free re-service or repair support at no additional cost.
Please note that the warranty covers only the repaired fault and does not include new or unrelated issues, physical damage, water damage, power fluctuations, or mishandling by the customer after service completion.
Refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed. However, in rare cases where the service could not be completed or the issue remains unresolved even after multiple attempts during the warranty period, the company may review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include re-service or partial refund at the company’s discretion.
All warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day warranty period with valid service details and invoice proof.
